This is the river which runs through our valley. It doesn't usually look like this, in fact this spot is a favourite picnic spot for locals. Chidren and adults alike play and swim in the water, but not today!! We've had a couple of days of heavy rain.The salmon should be running up to their spawning grounds higher up. I actually took a video which I wish I could upload. The sound is amazing. It's on my 'Kilsby Country House and Holiday Let' facebook page.
