Bullfinches female (left), male (right)

I haven't seen Bullfinches in the garden for years but last Friday we noticed this pair outside the kitchen window. They were eating seeds from brambles. The photos were taken through the glass so the quality isn't as good as I would have liked. I haven't seen them since. Looks good against black.
