Under the Ice

I saw several goldfish swimming around under the ice. It was quite a thin layer. The fish are fine as long as the sub zero temperatures don't last for long. The pond is quite deep so there will always be water under the ice.

Interesting shot of the fish under that ice. My cousin in Alberta brings their koi inside to an aquarium in the winter. Their pond really freezes, I guess.
