Finley's Mum sent me this picture. Finley got the 'Star of the Day' at his pre school for sharing. Isn't it great that children are rewarded for good behaviour and not only punished for bad behaviour. I'm sure this is far more effective. Actually Finley is a very sweet, well behaved little boy most of the time so it's nice that he got the certificate on this particular day.
Finley ! definitely affective,children need to know and be rewarded for the good stuff..makes them feel good about themselves...
