I went for a long walk today with my friend Nicola. It was cold, it was grey and it snowed! We enjoyed ourselves though and felt much better afterwards.
That’s what I need....hard worker sitting off but so much virtue when you get home! I need someone to ring up & say ‘let’s go for a walk’! At place to chose too!
@happypat I find it much more difficult to make the effort to go on my own. When Nicola and I have done a walk we always try and put a date in the diary for the next one. Unfortunately she’s off to Abu Dhabi next week so we can’t do another one together until the end of February.
@koalagardens It wasn’t actually snowing when we set off 😂. Actually the first snow of the winter is magical and creates some good photo opportunities but it soon becomes a nuisance. When we were walking it didn’t settle and soon turned to rain.
