Nicola and I chose a beautiful warm sunny day for our weekly walk, quite by accident. We did a 'waterfall walk' in the southern part of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Several rivers run down from the mountains in this part of the park and because of the geology of the area they all cascade over a series of waterfalls. There are lots of walks. This walk was about 6 miles but was quite strenuous and the rocks and the tree roots made walking quite hard work but it was well worth the effort. It was stunning.
Beautiful capture and a gorgeous place to go trekking. One thing I like very much in a place like this is to hear the sound of the water falling down and splashing.
