Christopher, Jo, Finley and Niamh all had covid, one after the other over the holidays. Thankfully none of them was very sick but it meant we had to cancel our plans to spend a day with them. We exchanged presents on the doorstep, wearing masks and keeping a safe distance from each other. It was such a shame. The children were so disappointed as they're always so excited to see us. I asked Christopher to take some photos of the children as I couldn't do it myself.
Sorry about your cancelled visit. We had our get togethers affected too. Even though no one was positive, as far as we knew, some members had been in more risky situations and didn't want to be a potential hazard to others.
