Antirrhinums - a Gift

My friend and neighbour, Sandra, had to go to the dentist for a tooth extraction. She lives alone and I insisted on driving her there and back. I never expected a gift of any kind because I only did what friends do. However, Sandra gave me these lovely antirrhinums as a thank you. They have gradually opened out and are looking gorgeous.
The good old snapdragon! Glad these flowers are still around with a fancier name…it looks a healthy specimen. Good choice, people can’t go wrong getting you a plant! Looks like cut flowers though…I have never seen them either as a indoor plant or in a vase before.

A nice shot and such a beautiful colour! It looks like you have the perfect spot for them, Sue!

I love snap dragons. Some people may find them old fashioned but maybe that is what I like best about them, and they do last quite well in a vase. Love their little flower faces and their soft furry leaves.
