We Conquered The Maze

One of the things Freya and I did today was tackle this maze. We eventually, after taking many wrong turns, found our way to the middle. We had a lot of fun. We then went up the steps to the viewing platform and were surprised to see how big the maze is.

@dizzyd It was at Symonds Yat near Ross on Wye. There was also a butterfly house and crazy golf. We had a great time.

@koalagardens No, there was another way out which was direct. It would actually have been even more fun if we’d had to find our way out again.

@777margo Yes it was a particularly well kept one. The hedges were very tall and very thick so it was impossible to cheat.

@brennieb I know what you mean. I’ve been in a maze in the past which was really difficult and I started to panic. This one was sufficiently frustrating to be fun without being too difficult.

What a lovely shot. The maze makes a pretty pattern in the photo, but having Freya looking so happy in the shot really makes it special. :-) I'm so glad I found this picture when I was browsing through the last few days' postings.

I have wondered about that before, of course you could have headed back the way you came to see if you get out again ... :) we have one of these in my area, but I've never been - next time I have grandies visiting I think we should!
