This was taken last month but we do still have quite a few pheasants in the garden. THey're still very shy and difficult to capture but I'm hoping they'll get more used to us in time.
@aglennc@photographycrazy We've had quite a few of them in the garden for a few weeks now but we've never had them before. There's a 'shoot' about 6 miles from here and they raise hundreds of pheasants and rich people with more money than sense come and shoot them. many of them escape. They're all over the place, in the road, in everyone's gardens, in the fields. We want them all to know that Kilsby is a safe haven for pheasants.
