White Eared Bulbuls

I posted a picture of 2 of these bulbuls a few days ago http://365project.org/susiemc/birds-and-other/2016-02-10 but I had no idea they had this yellow colouring underneath, mainly because I didn't look closely at the previous photo. This is a date palm that they're sitting in, in the grounds of the Emirates Palace Hotel
