Previously I posted a picture of the final laval stage of a dragonfly ( https://365project.org/susiemc/birds-and-other/2020-06-13 ) . This is the dragonfly which emerged. It's a Southern Hawker. It's amazing to think that the parents must have mated and laid their eggs in our pond last summer. This is so exciting.
