.................he's not supposed to be on the bird feeder!
I guess our rat problem hasn't gone away. We don't mind too much as long as we don't get overun with them. They are after all just part of the natural wildlife and they or their young are a source of food for the owls, stoats and magpies.
They say none of us are more than a very short distance away from a rat ever! Not my favourite nor anyone else’s I image. We used to go round all the cows & stock last thing at night & see the odd rat scuttling in the torch light but we had what we used to call the rat man once a month & he kept in top of them.
