Angel of The North(ish)

Well ok, it's me holding a plank of wood in the mother-in-laws garden, all for the 52 portraits of me challenge, this weeks theme been imitate an icon.

I've made it so you can slightly make me out in this, otherwise it looks like either I have a tiny waist or a huge chest, neither of which I've been blessed with. I've also transported the Angel 140 miles south from Gateshead to the fields near me. I had someone else in mind but it didn't work so this is plan B, I didn't have a plan C.

Next weeks theme is Fly. Things are getting even sillier.

I don't know what Plan A was but Plan B is brilliant - I loved my sense of uneasiness that the Angel was suddenly "not quite right"
