Out for diner today. A Fine Wine and Dine event with wines from the Limburg area (both Dutch and Belgium) and Austria. This was the aperitif: a Brut made from Riesling for Belgium Limburg. Of course we also have some water on the table, in this case just tap-water from Limburg.
