This cross is a "murder cross" it is placed in the vicinity of a murder attack on a girl. This cross is seen on a topographic map of 1843. The original wooden cross has been replaced by the neighborhood in 1968 by this concrete cross. A blacksmith has created the iron rosary in the shape of a heart.
BTW: the sun was just getting trough the layer of clouds, hence the reddish colors in the sky.
