Super Skipper

As I was waiting for the bus to come today, I was sitting by my Lantana hoping to get this pretty yellow butterfly that has been flying around. Here comes this little Skipper. He is literally zooming around me. I could hear him fly by me. It was pretty funny.

OH it is a hummingbird one...it isn't a white sphinx one, I will have to go look it up. They are sooo much fun to watch and photo! Great work!

@httpgeffed Thanks Colleen. I was playing with the settings that several people had suggested on my orange butterfly shot. I could see a difference - the continuous shooting was a real help.

Thanks Cheryl for your comments and FAV! I hate to disappoint but I think it's just a Fiery Skipper Moth. I didn't even know a Hummingbird Moth existed until just now. I looked them up and they actually look very similar to Hummingbirds - go figure :)
