So, I was extremely challenged with today's One Night Stand Ad Campaign. Life was taking priority today and I had resigned not to do it. Then at the last minute decided, what the heck? So I decided to advertise my beloved Canon. This is a shot of my old Rebel XT which served me well for many years before I upgraded back in July.
@orangecrush Thanks so much Jerry! I've had fun with the darker shots the last couple of days! Thanks for the challenge which is taking me out of my comfort zone and challenging me!
Advertising photos intimidate the you know what out of me. I don't know where to begin really. And not home very much to try to set one up. I stink at this type of stuff. You did great!
@espyetta I know what you mean, but I'm determined to step out of my comfort zone and try different things hoping to land on something that not only inspires me but also where I may have a talent, which would in turn inspire others! There are so many amazing photographers on this site who inspire me - I love looking at their shots and different perspectives.
@tara11 Oh yes. Me too! I have done that quite a few times. Not enough, but as much as I can. It is like each step of the scuba lessons back when I took those. Each step I would think "Oh no, I can NOT do that!" and then everyone would start doing it. I'd think " if they can, I can" and then I'd do it too. Maybe not as well, or as easily, but I'd do it. So..try to use that attitude with the project.
@espyetta Exactly! There's so much talent, it can be intimidating, but I choose to be thankful and inspired instead. No stress - joy and eucharisteo :)
@tara11 yep! And when they are that awesome, it frees me up to just try...it is not like I think I can really do as well, so I don't get frustrated. :0) but I be day, I must try the ad photo. I have not yet!
@anzere03@m9f9l@abhijit@grammyn Thank you all for commenting. I'm enjoying the ONS as it's getting me out of my comfort zone and doing things that I never would just do on my own.
but this shot is HOT! makes me want to go out the door and get that canon T3i already!
