For many/most Queenslanders, the year has only 2 seasons, MS (Mango Season) which goes from about Nov thru to Feb and WFTNMS (Waiting for the Next Mango Season) which is the rest of the year. In my little neck of the woods, the best of the best is from early Jan when our local mango man from just down the road picks his crop and sell them off the back of his truck. And by mangoes I mean the real ones, Kensington Pride (Bowen) not those pathetic excuses that masquerade as mangoes overseas. Enough talking, got to go and have one!!!
