One of the best parts of Hong Kong is the food. Our Sichuan meals last night came on a bed of chillies and Sichuan peppers. Hot? Many beers were consumed. Today should be fun.
That looks like a culinary challenge! I'm a chicken when it comes to HOT food. I like the blurred action of the hand. It hints at just how spicy the food was and how quickly another swig of beer was needed.
@tellefella@tahoemb There were two dishes that came in the chilli pepper bed and both were bloody HOT!!!! We saved the chillies and last night I couldn't help myself and had a nibble. Result is that this morning, my top lip is quite numb from being burned. Ha Ha Ha
