Wind Spinner

It was very windy today and the grand kids wind spinners were going off their heads err axles. I had nothing in mind for today so I thought "Why not?" This one has two whells which spin in opposite directions. Not very Poppo like I know. No good in B&W :-)

@ribbet9 It has been torn apart, should have been 3 wheels, but we had to reduce to 2 wheels after someone(Maggie) tried to see how it went together.
