Until late this afternoon, the best I had for today was a scungy old spider's web. Then IO came across this little huntsman on one of the broms and he saved the day. Not in @kporte Keith's league but beggars can't be choosers.

Nice find Poppo though not a huge fan of spiders. My garden is a mine field after dark with the Garden Orbs weaving their webs across every thoroughfare. Only the brave venture out with no bright torch. I think a large spider crawling down my back would send me to an early grave :))

Remarkable detail in your shot of this guy - it's amazing how my feelings about different insects have changed - especially if I think I can get a photo out of them! Did enjoy that video.
