Scraaatch Kooka by terryliv

Scraaatch Kooka

Its official. I am The Bird Whisperer.

I have been able to do this for a few days now but today was the first time I had a half decent chance of getting photos of it.
He allowed me to scratch his tummy for ages before some squawking in the backyard by another bird caught his attention and he turned around and was on alert. Never mind, I then scratched his back for a while before he flew off to investigate the disturbance.
This is not Wun Bung Ai and I am now convinced that the bird that has been coming down recently is a different bird. I noticed a couple of times today when he was feeding that occasionally his eye rolls back and looks white which fooled me into thinking it was Wun Bung Ai.
This one is now called "Scruffy" since his feathers are a mess.
Wow, so tame! You are definitely the bird whisperer! Fav

Wow, great shot. How did you do this? You managed two things: you whispered the bird (in swiss-german wie call him "Lachender Hans" = Laughing John) and by the way had to either set up a remote realease system or you shot sinistral? Emotional and technical superb! Fav

Fabulous shot, you are definitely a kooka whisperer. No wonder he is tame when you feed him all the time. He will probably do somersaults if you feed him raw meat too.
