Our other Sydney granddaughter, 5yo Grace.
Nanna and I took her to Taronga Zoo when we were down there last weekend. The whole family have annual passes to the Zoo and it is her favourite outing.
@gilbertwood Yes Denise she loves it. We once again surprised her on the Friday afternoon when we went up to collect her from the school. She didn't know we were coming down.
The school she goes to, Chatswood, has a large number of Asian students - about 85%. Grace is one of only two Caucasians in her class. She is considerably taller than her classmates and with her blonde hair, is very noticeable. Consequently she is extremely popular and EVERYONE, parents and all, seem to know her. And that is only after 6 weeks. Kylie and Paul say they can't go anywhere with her around Chatswood without other kids waving to her.
@terryliv Well she has such a smiley happy face and I'm sure her personality would be the same - she'd be popular wherever she went! She would have loved your surprise visit :)
