Ron, @stray_shooter complete with his red bandana, waiting all alone in a bar in Brisbane's Riverside precinct, hoping that someone will pick him up. At least he had his camera, and a beer, to keep himself company
Also submitted for the song-title6 competition. I think everyone knows Brenda Lee's song from 1963.
Great capture well spotted Terry, he told me he no longer had the trade mark goatee beard, with the red bandana how could it be anyone other than our friend Ron @stray_shooter, Have a great time together look forward to seeing the photographs:)
One of these things is NOT like the other! Yeah, Poppo got an unauthorized street (or rather bar) candid of me. At this point I hadn't seen a bed in over 30 hours. Great to be in Ozland, meeting all of the wonderful people and the amazing sites. Photos coming from me too!
@pcoulson I had to bring the goat back, Peter. It's riding season and there are certain standards to be met. ;-) For the record I have rented a Harley for several days while down under and am exploring areas up north that Poppo considers to be intolerable.
@gilbertwood Try as I might, Denise, it doesn't look I can squeeze any time to get down to the bottom on this trip. But I've already decided I'm coming back and you and your locale are in my plans. Can you wait a year or so?
Hi Terry, I guess you are definitely not going to be in the Alice for the Finke race? It's getting very close and I've fired up a blog. Here's the link in case you're interested.

@pusspup No Wylie unfortunately. We have had a few health issues and the whole thing was turning into something much bigger than we had originally agreed to. I'll follow the blog
@stray_shooter No complaints from me on the goatee or bandana at least you fit the profile of an American Biker, have a great time exploring and meeting the friendly locals, watch the speed the fuzz are red hot on fining offenders Ron:)
@pcoulson Thanks for the tip, Peter. My riding mates from today seemed to have no such fears. I'd say the average speed was 120 kph over a 180 km trip. We were lucky! Tomorrow I head up toward Cairns, and I will not be displaying such bravado. Better to enjoy the scenery anyway.
