My Second Hummingbird by terryliv

My Second Hummingbird

Day 3. At the Mission San Juan Capistrano in LA with Ron.

Well it is actually the same bird as in my other posting but this time on the move.

I don't know how many photos the three of us took chasing this fellow around for quite a long time, a few hundred I would think and most of them rubbish. I was talking to one of the workers afterwards and she said she had a good laugh watching us.

We are only 2 days away from arriving at our son's place in Chicago now and hopefully I will finally get some time to myself to catch up on 365 (dream on). We have been absolutely flat chat for the last 2 weeks.
I'm feeling very envious. I don't know that I will ever capture a hummingbird

Sounds like you've been having a great layover and photo trip! Email me when you get settled and we can sort out a meetup. My hummingbird ratio of photos to save vs rubbish is about 1000:1! So you have a great track record here.

I may like this one even better. I can see how small and quick it is.
