What Do You Mean I'll Have to Fly

Day 15: Vancouver & Inside Passage
This fellow was trying to hitch a ride to Alaska on the stern of the "Crown Princess". These gulls were very common around Vancouver and Victoria and I asked a number of people if they knew what it was and no-one could give me a definitive answer. According to Prof Google, I think it is a juvenile Glaucous Winged Gull. Is that correct?
