Day 24: MtMcKinley Lodge - Talkeetna - Denali
Went back into Talkeetna (again) in the morning to visit a sled dog kennel.
Unfortnunately for these poor fellows, the dogs they were going to use for the training run had already been selected and hitched up and these were left behind. Not happy Jan!!!!!
By the way, the Alaskan sled dogs are a cross between the Siberian husky and German short haired pointers and are born and bred to RUN!!!!!
