In February, overwhelmed with what was going on in my little neck of the world and needing to regain some kind of control, I'd ordered this agenda book that is based off the Law of Attraction. Every morning and evening I spend 10-20 minutes working through the month, the week, and all the goodies that they added to the book for goals and shifting our internal dialogue. Overall it's been comforting, however, internal self awareness and all that is some hard work!
