I put my gardening boot on and what is that?
That is sock fluff on his mouth. He didn't seem damaged and I gave him a light shower with the hose to clean him off and he leapt to better pastures.
Guess who taps her boots upside down every time now? @koalagardens no theme this week
Love the low point of view. One of my friends didn’t tap his boots out and had to spend a week in hospital from brown recluse spider bite. Don’t know if you have those. I have given my outdoor shoes a good shaking ever since.
@shutterbug49 well we don't have that spider but we have spiders aplenty! of course you can shake your boots 100 times and nothing is in there, then the one day you absentmindedly just pop your foot in ... it's a law hahaha
@joysabin strangely I didn't even think much of it, I thought my sock was maybe folded up a bit and just kind of went foot out, boot upside down - oh poor baby ... 🤣
@ludwigsdiana yep, usually do too, it's that one time you miss checking ...
@grammyn I have so many baby frogs about at the moment. I can assure you I shake my boots every single time now ;)
A perfect low POV and detailed shot of this critter. Glad to hear no frogs were harmed in the making of this photo.
