It should have been a long exposure shot but I tried a lot of times and failed miserably......so I did an ICM instead of a very rainy garden.

This has the feel of a weeping willow! I looked at your exif information...can you go longer than 1/15 shutter speed? If you can, your effect will be more dramatic.
