@30pics4jackiesdiamond I have heaps of it growing, it is a gorgeous plant, the leaves are edible and then in winter, dig up the tubers and you have fresh turmeric to use for months and just bury a few pieces to keep the next year going - super plant!
@30pics4jackiesdiamond I had the same thought about the turmeric. In terms of your schedule I just looked back on the monthly calendar. Don’t give me more credit than I am due
@grammyn@koalagardens it can be grown as an jndoor plaant and i think I've seen fresh tumeric in the farm shop so will look next time im there and use it fresh in cooking too
@grammyn@30pics4jackiesdiamond you sure can grow it indoors, but I'd use a pretty big pot and a good light source. the flowers are rather lovely too!
I always add a shredded turmeric leaf to a pot of rice I cook
It’s a fabulous Composition and looks like it would have been a delicious meal. @koalagardens
