After awhile parts start looking blue and other parts look pink. This is my goat yogurt. I’m allergic to the cow’s milk protein called casein, but I can have goat milk or sheep milk. I like goat milk yogurt better. It’s not all mucked up and turned into dessert. I usually add fresh fruit, but not for the white on white theme. @shutterbug49 Debbie
