Falling Creek by timerskine

Falling Creek

We've had a couple of inches of rain in the last day which is causing some flooding in the region. This is Falling Creek at the site of the Falling Creek Ironworks, the first iron works in North America, established in 1619. The derelict brick building is a remnant of a mill that was subsequently built on the site of the ironworks.

Nice choice of aperture to make just a hint of smoothness in the water, but not so much as to make it too 'fluffy'. Nice bit of history too.
