Every December, the downtown area of Richmond, Virginia (RVA) gets lit up for the holidays, an event known as RVA Illuminates.
Tonight, I headed to the flood wall on the James River to get a shot of it. I'm not happy with the details of this one (a bit of blur and slightly blown out highlights) so I may have to go back and try again before the lights come down.
