It was a dark and stormy morning when the Missus and I went on our weekly run to the grocery store. Anticipating continued inclement weather I headed off to the floral section while the Missus gathered up her produce. This sunflower (helianthus) was so bright and cheerful, in stark contrast to the gloomy day, that I had to memorialize it.
