Fish Crow in a Sweetgum by timerskine

Fish Crow in a Sweetgum

A fish crow was in my neighbor's sweetgum tree. It stuck around long enough for me to get a good picture.

Fish crows are a bit smaller than the more common American crow but are found along the east coast and inland waterways in the east and south. The primary distinction between the two crows is the fish crow sounds like an American crow suffering from laryngitis.
