Bridge in the English Garden

I only know a small part of the English Garden, simply because it spreads through the whole city. It's nice when you go by bike, because it's possible to avoid the big and loud streets.

This reminds me of the day 10 years ago when I had taken my bike on the s-bahn to ride at the English Garden. When I arrived, it poured down rain -- but I was there, so I rode the entire garden in the rain. Atmospheric, silent, alone. Wonderful memory.

@jyokota That sounds even better than when it's sunny. I regularly run there and if it's not like 7am or so, it's totally crowded in Schwabing/Maxvorstadt.

@toinette -- I've ridden there on a sunny day, too, but it was so crowded! The atmosphere of the rainy day was very nice, although I was drenched.
