I retired from teaching last year after 45 years. I've not been able to find my way into my office since because the books, paper and stuff "too good to be thrown out" just took over the space. This photo is to celebrate my eventual victory over the clutter...not a great photo but rather a momento of a glorious victory.
What is it? Delicate Abelia flowers, too thin to hold themselves up in the gorgeous brown vase I was given at my retirement dinner, held in place by a marble which caught the light and reflections beautifully.
