finished our first day of our Surfers Paradise holiday with a walk on the beach... seeing my big sister and her family for the first time in a few years (she lives in Finland) is just so awesome. My husband is feeling so much better too!!! (he had pneumonia coming on earlier this week.... thank goodness we got onto it quickly) fantastic start to our holiday

@henrir@judithdeacon@robz@gilbertwood thanks. my husband is in the picture walking with our 2 nieces and my sister is in the yellow with her husband further away. We all used to live in Mt Isa so we love the hot weather - they are happy to get a break from the long dark winter this year...
I love the look and feel of this image. I reminds me of the time my wife and i spent at Myrtle Beach, S.C. in July of last year. Every night we would take a walk along the beach one way or the other, and it looked similar.
