I like how you put together your ingredients to show process in one composition. So you take the peppers and wash them and cut off the green tips and just soak them in olive oil with a bay leaf? How long do they last? Do you have to put them in the fridge?
@jyokota apparently up to 24 months in the fridge... the amount we made won't last that long :) Plus my daughters took a heap of our chillies to dehydrate and use as well... I was amazed at this years crop - must have been the hot summer
I've never gardened but there's a plot in my backyard that my husband maintained -- maybe I'll try planting something in it. Like a chili plant :) It seems lower maintenance with bigger response than some others.
