What is this tasty delight?
So many ways to use it - fresh as it is, in a salad, on a sandwich, made into guacamole, turned into a sauce.
How do you use it?
I've not really eaten avocado and am interested in trying it. As with all new to me produce, I'm always afraid it won't be ripe, it'll be too ripe... I like the color of the seed.
