@digitalrn@rickster549@ludwigsdiana November 2 is the day of remembrance and honoring to the dead in Lithuania. November 1 is All Saints, and 2nd is traditional here, we are visiting graves and lithting candles on family graves. The meaning of the native name of this day could be close to "Longing". Wiki says the roots of this celebration are at least in 4th century. Traditionally it is quite day, usually for meeting the family and remembering, different to Halloween. The young generation celebrates Halloween too but I see it as a commercial non-native day here, promoted by bars as just one more reason to celebrate something.
