Ever pulling upwards, I liked how the bamboo was "broken" by the tree, competing for a place in this forest. This is in western Kyoto in the area called "Arashiyama."
NOTE: So having filled up all 3 of my June albums chronologically with my favorites from the Picture Japan trip, July 1-12 will be my non-chronologic favorites.
