Here is a glimpse of two panels of the facade of the Baha'i Temple in Wilmette, IL. I brought the Japanese exchange students here for a special devotional service for the Baha'i New Year, or Naw-Ruz (new day). I had never been to the temple when there was a choir. It was ethereal and quite a moving way to begin spring.
I've been curious about the Baha'i faith. Thanks for sharing this!

Your great framing of a familiar building gives it a new perspective. I can only imagine how wonderful it must have been to hear the choir in there. I went to hear Verdi's Requiem yesterday and am still haunted by the beauty of human voice . . .
