Byodo-in, or Phoenix Hall is so prominent that it is featured on the 10 yen coin. It pre-dates the year 1000 and is heavily influenced by Chinese architecture. I thought the reflection really created a lovely shape.
Beautifully captured with the dramatic clouds. There's a little halo-ing from the HDR but if you didn't stack the photos, you'd lose some of the important details.
