Terraced Olive by vickisfotos

Terraced Olive

The hills were covered with terraced groves of olive trees. Not only were the layers of rock fences beautiful, the ground around the was covered with cyclamen in full bloom. I had no idea it even grew wild like that. Here you have to buy it growing in a pot.
Awesome shot

Well done! I like the textures of the stones. I don't remember the olive tree we had in our yard at our first home being this massive. Not sure this would have fit in the yard all that well.

Beautiful shot, Vicki. It is the same here - you don't find cyclamen growing in the wild. Sorry to correct you but the 'statue' of yesterday was a basker not basket. I think it comes from the verb 'to bask'.
