He's asking "Are you friend or foe?" How cool that you have these! I do believe we have a sapsucker here too- but I'm not sure which one. I think it's the Yellow-breasted- looks a lot like a Flicker. Great shot!

This is a great shot, Vicki. What a pretty bird. Wow, one shot a week. I am behind but tried to come up with one shot a day this year but failed already. So sad it is year 4 for me and I do not have two full years of photos. But I have had fun and if gone for a bit always come back. Impossible to stay away. FAV
