Bound to be useful...

SMALL AD: Lost in rural France - one Phojo, in good working order when last seen. If found, please return to Vignouse: reward offered.

PS: Thanks for all the lovely comments and Favs that put 'Good enough for Government Work' on PP yesterday - very much appreciated.
great focus and pov - it gets surprisingly hard to take a photograph a day, doesn't it?

Hahaha!! That's awesome!

@shannejw Taking a photograph every day is child's play.. taking a good photograph every day is a whole other ball-game!

Great detail and composition -- love the pop of red on the spiral notebook.

at some point there comes a compromise - either it's a photograph every day and you put up things that aren't great, or you don't manage a photo a day.

The other thing is that the way the PP algorithm works it gets harder to get a shot on the page, and you certainly can't get them in quick succession - there's something in there that stops the really good guys from dominating which means a PP shot applies the PP handcuffs for a bit

@vignouse this is excellent Richard, lovely pop of colour. Yes it is quite difficult some days to actually post a picture you are happy with. I try to just forget the ones i am disappointed with and do better next day!

Lovely light and pov.

I like taking lots of photos on the days I have time to store for the days I don't have time. This week has been bad for photo taking on the days I work. But you post good pictures every day that you work hard at.

@joansmor Thanks Joan - for the moment I'm determined to stay with 'take every day, post every day' as my goal for this project. I tried five different things tonight that I wasn't happy with and settled for this as the witching hour drew near!

@vignouse I would like to be so dogged with my photography but too many days I come home tired and not feeling very inspired. So I have to work around this. I keep hoping thing will calm down for me at work but really don't see that happening soon.

@joansmor At your age you should be retired and putting your feet up Joan, so I think you do wonderfully well to keep all your balls in the air.

@vignouse Thank you. I really enjoy my job for now. Financially it is easier to keep working. I was not a great saver. But mostly I enjoy my job and the photography and scrapping ease my tension.

Richard, nice comp. and colour.

Excellent composition and detail. Very nice capture.
It is shots like this that make me try harder.

Nice composition and color. What's a phojo?

@johenn Photo-Mojo - used on this site quite often to describe inspiration... or, in my case, a lack of it!

A really nice creative shot Richard - if this is what you can produce with a missing phojo, we should be in for some wonderful treats when you get it back!

beautiful close up, great shot. I have found through this project that inspiration tends to come and go, just accept it, it always comes back :-)

Love all the shapes going on in this macro.

@vignouse Ah, I understand. All mine is smothered today by exhaustion.
