I have a feeling that this week may turn into a celebration of Spring, of new growth, of new beginnings. It was too windy to photograph in the garden today - macro photography in the wind is somewhat of a masochistic exercise - so I contented myself with making some images of a large bunch of roses Mrs S brought in from the supermarket... this is one of them.

Not quickly enough though as you five had already commented... gosh you're quick! Sorry, but it's still the same rose you commented on... just a different view.
@akirk You're too quick Amy... see my comment above. I changed the photo, added the explanatory comment... but you had already revisited before I posted it!
@taffy Thank you Taffy, you've restored my faith in my judgement ;-). I wanted the other image for my 'A Year of Days' diary album but I got my uploads in a twist! It's nice of you to take the trouble to come back.
